What is included in the registration fee

The registration fee includes:

  • access to all scientific sessions
  • participation in workshops and panel discussions
  • coffee breaks during the scientific programme
  • lunches during the congress days
  • welcome reception on Wednesday

The scientific programme forms the central component of the meeting.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
Participants who wish to stay at the conference venue (Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg) may reserve a room during the registration process.

Single room (1 person) including breakfast:

  • €200 per night
  • A limited number of rooms is available at the conference venue.
  • Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • A selection of alternative hotels in the vicinity of the conference venue is listed below.

Conference Dinner

A conference dinner will be organised during the meeting.
Participation in the conference dinner is optional and available at an additional cost.
Further details will be provided closer to the event.

Scientific Programme

The NSDS Annual Meeting is a scientific and educational meeting.
More than 80% of the programme is dedicated to scientific sessions, including lectures, panel discussions, and interactive workshops.

Important information

Registration is required to attend the scientific programme.
Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the registration fee.
Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
